It was an extremely hot and steamy walk this evening, but we all came prepared with water and summer clothing and had some lovely chats. Walk 120 – 19th May 2026

Very enjoyable walk this evening, through woody footpaths, across fields and around the castle. Not as warm as recently but still a lovely clear sky, really great conversations, new members and new ideas for group outings in the summer. See you all next week!

Tonight was our first daylight walk of 2026 and it was a lovely mild and sunny evening. We enjoyed watching the setting sun as we walked across the fields. Lovely to welcome some new members too.
