Really enjoyed this evening’s walk, it was a lovely route, with lovely company, and great conversations.

This evening was a special one as I was extremely happy to be able to provide many of our walkers with some Kenilworth Walking Women branded high vis jackets which were very generously sponsored by our member Michelle Williams, owner of the fabulous Castle Home Luxuries on Smalley Place (perfect place for beautiful home luxuries and gifts). A massive thank you to Michelle for this very kind donation, helping to keep us all safe and visible now it’s dark. Also a big thanks to She Prints Ltd who printed them for Michelle!

It’s been a lovely walk this evening, staying mild and dry. We’re back on the pavements again, but staying safe and visible in our hi-vis.

Really enjoyed this evening’s walk. It was noticeablly darker so I’m glad we managed to squeeze in one last Greenway walk before it gets too dark.

Lovely to meet our latest new members and catch up with some regulars too.

If you are interested in joining us, we walk all year round, meet at Abbey Fields car park every Tuesday, for a 7pm start. We walk for an hour which is around 3 miles, then lots of us go to the pub afterwards for a quick drink.

A lovely mild, dry evening for our walk, one of our last through the fields for this year as the nights are really drawing in now. We’re starting to wear our hi-vis again, and we’ll be venturing back out under the street lights again in a few weeks.

Lovely to welcome new walkers, enjoy some great chats, have some laughs and even a quick cuddle with our first walking group baby (lovely to see Sarah and baby Jacob).

A very wet walk this evening, as we experienced our first rain for a long time, but there were still around 60 of us enjoying an amble through the streets of Kenilworth, and there was plenty of soggy laughter! Many thanks to Carol who provided plums and apples to those of us who ended up in the pub afterwards.
