Walk 115 – 14th April 2026

This evening we enjoyed a lovely return to the Greenway to enjoy the early bluebells and the evening birdsong. We welcomed new members along, enjoyed lots of chats, good company and lots of laughs, followed by some great catch ups and more laughs at the pub afterwards…

For anyone thinking of joining us, we walk every Tuesday evening, meeting at the Abbey Fields park car park ready for a 7pm start. We walk around 3 miles for around an hour. Why not give it a try!

Walk 116 – 21st April 2026

We enjoyed a lovely walk last night over the fields at the back of Castle Farm before heading back with lovely views of Kenilworth Castle. It was beautifully and sunny however, as many will testify, the wind had a real bite! There were over 60 women walking last night, including a number of new members- welcome to you and we hope you had a lovely time . It was good to see so many people in the pub afterwards as well.

Just a little reminder. As you will know from the last couple of weeks, the ground is unseasonably dry and very hard. Therefore walking boots or sturdy shoes will be the safest footwear option.

Walk 114 – 7th April 2026

🌸 Easter Walk with Kenilworth Walking Women 🌸

Last night, we enjoyed a lovely Easter walk with Kenilworth Walking Women, heading out across open fields and countryside around Kenilworth. 🌿👣

Our group of women over 50 shared good company, gentle exercise and plenty of conversation as we walked together at an easy, relaxed pace.

It was a really enjoyable way to spend the night — fresh air, spring scenery and great company. 💛

Walk 112 – 24th March

The Kenilworth Walking Women braved a wet, windy and wonderfully wild 5km last night! 🌧️💨Despite the hills and the weather doing its very best to put us off, the group smashed a very undulating route with plenty of laughs along the way.

Great effort from everyone who braved the elements — nothing stops this crew! 👣💪See you next week for more miles, smiles and (hopefully!) less wind.

(thanks to Kate for taking the photo!)

Next week will be the first daylight walks of the year!
